Neuro Raft provides a unified thinking space for teams, including meeting intelligence, document collaboration, and decision tracking features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. By using Neuro Raft, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership over your data.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neuro Raft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
